Shopper-Z is a very annoying Adware program that displays intrusive advertisements on the websites you visit. For those who end up with this Adware installed, they will find numerous ads being injected (popping-up) whenever a web link is clicked. The ads are so invasive it makes viewing the website’s content near impossible. See an example below from Bleeping Computer on the Target website.

Once Shopper-Z has been installed, you may find there are so many ads being injected that not only can you not see the website you have gone to, your browser may also continually become slow or freeze due to the overwhelming amount of ads.

Shopper-Z is installed as an add-on (one of those pre-checked boxes) with free programs; sometimes hiding in the installation screens under Custom or Advanced installation options.

Remember there is No Such Thing As Free Software!  Sometimes what comes with that free software isn’t so bad, but more often than not it’s both unwanted and damaging to your computer.
